Las Olas by the
River has been our
first distressed acquisition in the Fort Lauderdale area. With its
outstanding location next to the Las Olas Boulevard and the River it
proved to be huge success. Within 10 months the acquired 62 units were
sold to investors all over the world. It's mixture of 2 and 3 bedrooms
with upscale and luxury amenities drew attention of investors from
South America, Canada and Central and Eastern Europe. All units were
rented from the first day of our acquisition and are providing a steady
cash flow to its investors. With the anticipated value increase from a
bottom level over the next years this investment bodes well for strong
yields at exit.
